This barbeque is available in both electric and gas models.

2. What are the power requirements for the barbeque?
The power requirement is 220V and the barbeque can be plugged into any weatherproof socket.

3. What sizes does the barbeque come in?
The barbeque comes in three different sizes and with one, two or three hotplates.

4. How do I install the barbeque?
The frame and cabinet of the barbeque arrive in a flat pack for assembly on location. The frame is easily put together and bolted into the cement slab. The panels and doors then easily slide into place within the frame. The benchtop fits into place on the top of the frame, the hotplate, which is boxed separately from the frame and cabinet, then drops into the opening in the benchtop and is connected for use.

5. How do I operate the barbeque?
The barbeque is simply turned on by pushing and holding the start/stop button. Once on, during warm up and sterilization of the cooking surface, the LED light flashes. The light remains steady when the cooking surface is hot and ready for cooking. The barbeque can either be turned off when cooking is completed by pushing and holding the start/stop button again, or the barbeques will turn off automatically when the cooking cycle is completed, conserving energy and maintaining a safe environment.
Each change of the hotplate cooking status is also accompanied with an audible notice.

6. How do I clean the barbeque?
Users clean the barbeque after each use by wiping down the warm hotplate with a little water, a cloth, or paper towel. Baked on food can be removed with a scraper. The stainless steel bench can be washed with water and wiped dry.
Park staff should also regularly clean the hotplate with soapy water and a scourer and wipe dry. The benchtop should be washed regularly with soapy water and wiped dry. Staff should also clean the drain pipe and empty the grease tray regularly.
